Healthy Conversations

This program provides employees with a framework for engaging in healthy dialogue in the workplace, so the conversations they have regardless of how challenging don't degenerate into a war of words, frustration, isolation or conflict. Rather than avoid a challenging conversation this program will provide employees with the skills and strategies to approach them both respectfully and succcessfully.

Leading Collaboration

Working collaboratively requires employees to share more than just information. This program explores techniques and behaviours that foster real collaboration

Respectful workplace

Providing an overview of employees EEO obligations as they pertain to legislation and organisational EEO policies.

Collaborative enterprise negotiations

The program is aimed at supporting negotiation team representatives in embarking on enterprise bargaining under the Fair Work Act. The program prepares participants by giving them a sound footing and confidence in understanding the landscape and different bargaining models. The program provides participants with concentrated exposure to the skills required in the implementing an interests-based bargaining model. At the conclusion of the program the Enterprise Negotiation Team will have a Memorandum of Understanding for their negotiations together with a Communications Plan.
